As the impact of coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, the health and safety of the community remain our highest priority. We are closely monitoring the rapidly changing situation. We will share updates to our service and policies here to ensure that clients are able to get the help they need and that tax preparers have appropriate guidance and support for work requests. If the preparer is sick and is not able to complete the task, please reach out to support, and they will help reassign the request to a different tax professional.
